Classical V-Belt
There are two kinds of classical V-belt which are polyester cord fabric classical V-belt(called "cord fabric V-belt" for short below) and polyester cord classical V-belt(called "cord V-belt" for short below).Cord fabric V-belt is a conventional products of our factory. The preperties of the V-cord fabric V-belt which uses cotton cord fabric of artificial silk as carcass material cannot be compared with the following properties of cord fabric V-belt due to the use of polyester cord fabric:1. High strenght and less elongation in servie.2. Instantaneous impact resistance is good.3. Large transmission power.The "Camel" brand cord fabric V-belt won natinoal silver medal and it's a famous-brand product.Cord V-belt is a new product through the latest scientific reserach and development. Besides the properties of cord fabric V-blet, it also has the follwing features:1. Less elongation in service is especially suitable for transmissions which require severly the stability of length.2. Its flexing fatigue is good and long service life.3. Its synchronous service power is large. Due to its good stability of length, the synchronous service transmission efficiency of V-belt composed of several strips in a group is much more better than that of cord fabric V-belt.The properties of "Camel" brand cord fabric V-belt have reached the advanced international levels.Our factory also produce classical V-belt(cord fabric or cord V-belt) with correspongding special characteristics accroding to the special service requirments of customers, such as flame retarding V-belt, antistatic V-belt, heat0resistance V-belt, cold-resistance V-belt, chemicals resistance V-belt, etc.
