The RIFA -designed and -built RFCP20 CNC Horizontal Lathe provides years of performance, reliability, and machining accuracy.With a maximum spindle speed of 4000 rpm, the RFCP20 model provides a 5.5/7.5-kw spindle drive (Mitsubishi, encoder controlled) and include a 3-jaw hydraulic power chuck as standard equipment.The rotation time for the 8-station turret is only 0.4s (unclamp/index/clamp) to the adjacent station. Gang tool is provided as an option.Rapid feed rates are 12 m/min (X-Axis) and 20 m/min (Z-Axis), Maximum X-axis travel is 120/140 mm and maximum Z-axis travel is 318mm.The 45-degree slant bed machine base provides superior rigidity and durability. The machine base is constructed from high-quality cast iron, which ensures a stiff, high-rigidity machine.Mitsubishi 50L controller is standard and Fanuc and SIEMENS are provided as options.
