The RIFA designed and manufactured RFCZ20 CNC Lathe provides years of performance, reliability, and machining accuracy.With a maximum spindle speed of 4000 rpm, the RFCZ20 model features a 15/18.5-kw spindle drive (Mitsubishi, encoder controlled) and include a 3-jaw hydraulic power chuck as standard equipment.The rotation time for the 12-station turret is only 0.4s (unclamp/index/clamp) to the adjacent station.Rapid feed rates for the X and Z axis are 16 and 20 m/min. Maximum X-axis travel is 210 mm and maximum Z-axis travel 650 mm.The 45-degree slant bed machine base provides superior rigidity and durability. The machine base is constructed from high-quality cast iron, which ensures a stiff, high-rigidity machine.Mitsubishi 50L controller is standard and Fanuc and SIEMENS are provided as options.
