Our company has been developing high quality equipment and machinery for the crushing and milling of mineral resources such as limestone, talc, yrophyllite, kaolin, bentonite, barite, dolomite and zeolite. All of the classified powder of mineral ores above is now widely used as additive in the production of paper, rubber, plastics, pastel, paint, tire, ceramics, tiles and cosmetics.Equipment and machines: feed hopper, jaw crusher, MTM medium speed trapezium mill, classifier, bag filter, packer/bag packing, feeder, bucket elevator, ore bin, cyclone collector, product bin, belt conveyor, electric control system.Process description:1) Storage of ores:The raw ores such as limestone, talc and bentonite are to be transported from the mines by the conveyors or trucks to the stock yard in the plant, and then, put into the feed hopper by the pay loaders. The size of ore diameter is normally less than 210mm, but their sizes can be allowable from 500mm to 1, 000mm according to the handling capacity of a jaw crusher.2) First crushing of the ores by the jaw crusher:The raw ores stored in the feed hopper are conveyed to a jaw crusher by the feeder to crush ores roughly to make its size about 20mm to 30mm suitable for the next crushing by the roller mill (MTM medium speed trapezium mill). The crushed ores by the jaw crusher are to be stored in the ore bin by the bucket elevator. One of the functions of the ore bin is to adjust the operation time of pre-treatment.3) Second crushing of the ores by MTM medium speed trapezium mill:The targeted particle size of the ores can be produced by crushing of the first crushed ores in the ore bin with the MTM medium speed trapezium mill. Vibrating feeder is automatically controlled to feed the exact volume of the crushed ores to the MTM medium speed trapezium mill.4) Collection of the product particles:Since there is the mixture of targeted particle size of the ores as well as over and under sized particles in the MTM medium speed trapezium mill, the targeted particle size can be separated by the separator. And the separated particles are put forward to the cyclone for their collection. Meanwhile the bag filter is to be equipped to recollect uncollected target particles in the cyclone and collect dusts from the process for the prevention of the air pollution.Packing:The collected product particles are sent by the bucket elevator to the product bin for storage, and then packed by packer for 20 - 40kg bag and by screw packer for one ton bag.
