Working Principles:After being crushed, material are carried into comminuting chamber by feeding advice. Under the action of high pressure and high frequency cyclonic pulse energy resulted from high-speed returning units, grains move sprially to form several bulk rotational airflows. The material will be being extruded, collided, attrited and sheared with the high-speed returning units and grains to realize the superfine grinding. The ground material will be transported to the classifying-sections by the updraft airflow and the coarse particles and fine powders will be separated by the inner classifier. The unqualified powders will be returned to the comminuting chamber to being re -ground. The qualified powders will enter the bag collector and the cyclone for collection. The purified gas will be discharged from the fan.¡¡Performance and Characteristics:1.It has large reduction ratios the maximum input particle size can be 30mm,It can be randomly adjusted the scope of grain size distribution of product in d97=6-150um.2.Integrate with crushing and classifying to produce directly the products with different particle size distribution.3.Big production capacity, it has an output of 1500kg/h when producing 1250 mesh powder, and 50% energy can be saved compared with other grinding equipments.4.It can be used to process materials with needle-like particle shape, and the slenderness ratio of powder production is average 12:15.Least abrasion on the equipment work with lower maintenance charges.7.Production under negative pressure, no flying powder and dust, low noise, good environment in production.Application Fields:Used in the super-fine grinding of talc, wollastonite limestone, calcium carbonate, kaolinite barite, mica, vermiculite pyrophyllite brucite sillicon, aluminum hydroxide, and other materials.
