Main Application1. The oven is suitable for the drying and sterilizing of glass receptacles (such as ampoule tubes, cycling, aluminum lid, etc ) as well as other solid materials in pharmaceutical industry.2. The oven is equipped with PLC and touch screen interface. Some key parts including Manometer, auto wet-discharge valve are imported from Japan, USA and Taiwan, all of this has guaranteed good quality of oven. Class 100 laminar purification system meets the requirement of GMP.3. Special fittings and size can be made tailor to specific space, usage and output.Work Flow Sketch:Put the baking tray, glass receptacles or heating cart into chamber, switch on the PLC system. Then inner circulating blower begins to work to heat up while in the mean time the butterfly valve turns on and temperature of drying chamber rises rapidly. With the help of inner-circulating blower, hot dry air passes through heat resistant filter into chamber and forms evenly airflow by slight addition unstable board. After absorbing moisture in the surface of target materials, the hot air evaporates when passed through heating tunnel. With the decline of moisture and supplement of fresh air regularly, the chamber forms slight over pressure condition, and constant temperate ends, thus marks the end of procedure. Then turn on air blow or water flow in for mandatory cooling, auto butterfly stops. The signal of sound and light tells that target materials are ready to take out.
